Coping with the loss of a loved one is one of the most challenging experiences anyone can go through. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, sad, angry, or even numb but remember that grief is a natural process, and each person copes in their own way and time. Accepting that death is a part of life has not been the "norm" in our society, but the truth is that everyone will pass on at some point. Too often, we would rather focus on working and enjoying life and we forget the real reason why we even have life to begin with. We are here on this Planet to evolve as souls. Many people have referred to Earth as "Earth School". This is the planet that only the bravest souls come to in order to learn some really hard lessons very quickly. The average human's lifespan is about 70 years old. This means that we all have approximately 70 years to discover and complete our life purpose.
I remember my first job after I graduated High School as a Home Health Aid. I worked very closely with elderly women and hospice patients. I found that most people have regrets towards the end of their life because on a soul level, they were never able to evolve and manifest their potential. This is why I always say that "We are here on a Business Trip". We came here to work, but most people get distracted and they believe that they've come here to have a good time. It's not to say that we won't enjoy our time here on Earth, but it would be wise to remember that we came here to make an impact.
Understanding that no one lives forever allows us to cherish the time that we have here and it will help us to have a realistic expectation about the journey called life. My question to you is... What will you leave behind when it's your time to leave Earth? There are many inventions that we enjoy today that were created by people that have passed on long before we even existed here. The light bulb, the traffic light, the vacuum, the stove, the refrigerator are all examples of inventions that were created by someone. A real live person just like you and me. They did not let the challenges of life deter them from their life purpose, and because of that it made life easier for the next generation.
Will you do the same? ... or will you be another soul that struggles and complains their entire life only to drift off of the planet once you reach the end of life?
Personally I do not get the opportunity to complain about my struggles. I have always been guided by the voice of Spirit within that encourages me to keep loving and keep going no matter what has happened to me. Today, let me encourage you to keep loving and keep going no matter what you have been through in your life. The world needs what Spirit has created you to be, and future generations need whatever it is that you were created to give to humanity. Our gifts are not for us to brag about, but our gifts were given to us by Our Creator to give to humanity.
We have had some very thoughtful souls that were created before us that made life easier for us, and my prayer is that you will continue to share the love. Allowing Spirit, Our Creator to develop you and shape you so that you can blossom into a beautiful, powerful force of spiritual goodness in the world.
